A collage puts several photos into a single, tidy image — a grid of equal cells. This maker lets you pick a layout, drop your photos in, position each one exactly how you want inside its cell, and save the whole thing as one picture. Everything happens in your browser: your photos are never uploaded, and the result comes out at a clean, high-resolution size ready to post or print.

It's built for phones first, because that's where most photos live. Add a batch of pictures and they drop into the cells in order; then tap any cell to nudge and zoom its photo until the right part shows.

Great for a listing's extra photos

The most practical reason is fitting more into one frame. Selling platforms give you a limited number of photo slots per listing — usually up to ten — so a collage lets one slot show several angles at once: front, back, a detail, the item in use. It's a tidy way to use those extra slots without wasting them on near-duplicate shots.

One honest caveat: a collage is for the extraphotos, not the main one. Marketplaces like Etsy want the first, main image to be a real, single photo of the actual product — a grid there can look like a graphic and may fall foul of the rules. Use a genuine product shot as the main image, and collages for photos two through ten. That's also why this tool defaults to a landscape 4:3 canvas (about 2700×2025): it matches Etsy's recommended shape for listing photos, so your collage sits naturally alongside your other images. The layouts

There are five equal-cell grids to choose from, so every photo gets the same amount of space:

• 4 — a 2×2 grid, the classic four-up
• 6 — three across, two down
• 9 — a 3×3 grid, great for an Instagram-style tile
• 12 — four across, three down
• 15 — five across, three down, for a dense contact-sheet look

You don't have to fill every cell — any you leave empty simply show the background colour, so a 9-grid with six photos still works fine.

Positioning each photo without distortion

Photos come in all shapes, and forcing a wide photo into a square cell by stretching it looks bad. Instead, each cell works like a little window: your photo keeps its real proportions, and you drag it around and pinch to zoom so the part you care about fills the cell. Whatever falls outside the cell is cropped, and the photo is never squashed. Tap a cell, position its photo, tap Done, and move to the next — it's the same idea as the Crop to Frame tool, applied to every cell of the grid.

By default each photo is sized to fill its cell edge-to-edge and centred, so a good-looking collage is one tap away; you only adjust the cells that need it.

Spacing, colour, and size

A few settings change the whole feel. The spacing slider sets the gap between photos — zero for a seamless mosaic, a little for a clean framed look. The background colour fills those gaps and any empty cells; white is the default, black is striking, or pick any colour. Optional corner rounding softens each cell. The canvas is landscape by default — a 4:3 shape (2700×2025) that matches Etsy's recommendation for listing photos — with 3:2 and 16:9 landscape options, plus a square if you need it. A "zoom all cells" slider sets every photo to the same level so the grid looks even, and you can still fine-tune any single cell. Save as JPG for the smallest file or PNG for lossless quality.

Works on your phone

The whole thing is designed for touch. Rather than cramming pinch-and-drag into tiny grid cells, you tap the cell you want and it opens up large, giving your fingers room to position the photo comfortably; then you go back to the grid. Adding photos, changing the layout, and saving are all a tap away, and because the collage is built on your device it updates instantly with no upload wait.

Privacy: your photos never leave your device

Every photo is read and combined entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored on a server, and there is no account to create. When you close the page the images are gone, because they were never sent anywhere in the first place — which matters for personal photos.

After the collage
